Does the INMIX lens come with prescriptions?
Some of them are available with prescriptions. If you have normal eyesight or you simply need a decoration, choose -0.00. Please consult your eye doctor to confirm the diopter counts before ordering.
How do I obtain a prescription?
The easiest and most trusted way to obtain your prescription is to consult your local optometrist. Please be sure the prescription you have is for contact lenses! If you have any problems while entering the prescription, kindly contact us at [email protected]. You are responsible to ensure that you select the correct power for your eyes as prescribed by your doctor or lens care professional.
Which power should I choose if I do not wear glasses normally?
Kindly choose 0.00 (Plano) from the product option there.
How can I purchase INMIX lenses when I have two different eye powers?
Customers who have different eye powers have to buy 2 boxes of the same item with different eye powers.
Why can't I find my prescription on the product option?
If your preferred prescription is not available in the list, it means that your prescription is sold out for the time being.
Does INMIX sell (+) plus prescriptions for farsightedness/hyperopia?
Unfortunately no, we only sell lenses for Myopia sufferers only which the prescriptions come in power (-).
Is the product price for one pair or for one lens?
The price given on the website is for one pair of contact lenses.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, immediately contact our customer service team at [email protected] to update your new shipping address. However please be note, we are unable to make any changes to your shipping address once your order has been SHIPPED. Thus, please ensure you have submitted the correct shipping address upon ordering.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
Yes! Kindly email our customer service team at [email protected] ASAP, as we are only able to change the order if it has not been shipped out yet. Kindly check the availability of the item on our website to avoid any unnecessary delays.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you wish to cancel your order after payment is made due to any reason, kindly inform us immediately. However please be note, we are unable to make any changes once your order has been SHIPPED.
What do I do if my order is missing an item, has a broken item, or I received the wrong products?
We’re so sorry about that! Kindly contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 7 days after receiving your package. We will require photos of the items you received or damaged items, the packing envelope, and may request the products back to follow up accordingly on issues or concerns. How long will my order be processed?
All placed orders will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Some items with high prescription and shortage may experience possibly delayed dispatch for 2-3 days because of customization and stocking. Thank you for your patience!
