Return & Refund


If you wish to cancel your order after payment is made due to any reason, kindly inform us at [email protected] immediately. However please be note, we are unable to make any changes once your order has been SHIPPED. 


  • We accept returns on products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery (according to the logistic information).
  • For quality issues, kindly contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 14 days after receiving your package. Though we have critical standards on our quality requirements and every package was carefully checked before shipping, problems may occur during shipment. We will require photos of the items you received or damaged items, the packing envelope, and may request the products back to follow up accordingly on issues or concerns. Please do not throw damaged items away until talking with customer service.
  • Please contact [email protected] for return validation and make sure to follow the return instructions, we will provide a return shipping address after confirmation.


    After the approval of your refund, please allow up to 2-5 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds may be issued to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase. Please note, the express cost and return shipping fees will not be credited back for non-quality issues.


    The following situations require the buyer to bear the logistics costs.
    • Delivery failed due to incorrect address filled in when ordering.
    • Request to change the delivery address during parcel transportation.
    • The package was successfully delivered, but it was not received due to other reasons.
